Eclipsys provided ongoing support for our ODA environment, and they were the obvious choice to modernize our infrastructure by moving our environment to OCI. Their responsiveness enabled us to complete the migration within 9 days, ensuring business continuity and avoiding additional hardware support costs. We were caught off guard with end-of-life support for Oracle’s 12c DBCS, but Eclipsys was able to quickly find a solution, allowing us to maintain our operations without any issues. We continue to rely on them for support for our Cloud environment.
